shield Who We Are

Our website address is: https://playcircuit.com.np.

Thank you for visiting Play Circuit. We are dedicated to providing products and gear that elevate your gaming experience. Please read this Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, handle, and safeguard your personal information.

1. Comments & Feedback

When visitors leave comments or reviews on the site, we collect the data shown in the feedback form, along with the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to aid in spam and abuse prevention.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to verify profile association. After approval of your review or comment, your name and feedback are visible publicly in the context of the product.

2. Media

If you upload images to the website (such as payment transfer screenshots or review photos), you should avoid uploading images containing embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors or third parties might be able to download and extract embedded location details from public images.

3. Cookies & Session Storage

• If you leave a comment or review, you may opt-in to saving your name and email in cookies for your convenience so you do not need to re-enter them in future visits.
• If you have an account and log in to this site, we set temporary session cookies to manage authentication and cart state. These contain no sensitive data and are discarded when you close your browser.
• When you log in, we set cookies to persist your login credentials and display preferences. Login cookies typically last for two days, and if you choose "Remember Me", your session persists for up to two weeks. Logging out clears these cookies.

4. Embedded Content from Other Websites

Articles or pages on this site may include embedded content (e.g. YouTube videos, payment provider widgets, maps, social feeds). Embedded content from third-party websites behaves in the exact same manner as if the visitor had directly visited the third-party website.

These external services may collect data about you, utilize cookies, embed third-party tracking scripts, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content.

5. Data Retention

If you submit a review, the comment and its metadata are retained to preserve verified product history. For registered users, we securely store personal information provided in customer user profiles (e.g. shipping addresses, order histories). Users can view or update their profile data at any time from their account portal.

6. Your Rights Over Your Data

If you have an account on this site or have placed orders, you can request an export of the personal data we hold about you. You may also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any transactional or identity data we are legally obliged to retain for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, or security purposes.
