Exchange or Return of Goods
If the product is faulty, the buyer has the right to return within 5 days after it is received.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be kept in its original condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact. If the product is damaged or defective through no fault of the buyer, it can still be returned. A minor decrease in value due to opening the package or checking the product’s functionality will not prevent the buyer from requesting a refund.
The product will not be accepted for return if any of the following items are missing:
- Complete set of accessories and original packaging
- warranty card;
- Working product
The voucher for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current T&C.

Currently, Play Circuit does not offer a dedicated gift receipt option at checkout. However, if you'd like to send a product as a gift without including the price, you can mention this in the Order Notes section during checkout. We'll make sure to exclude any pricing details in the package. If you need further customization, feel free to contact us after placing your order.
At Play Circuit, we follow an exchange-only policy under specific conditions:
All products are thoroughly inspected before delivery.
If there’s an internal defect, you may request an exchange within 5 days of purchase.
We do not offer refunds, but if the item is incompatible with your device, you may request store credit.
To be eligible for an exchange:
The original box and all included materials must be returned.
You must provide a clear video showing the issue.
